North-Centre on the European Cooperation Day - 2019

On September, 21 the European Cooperation Day – 2019 was celebrated in Petrozavodsk: everyone could visit the National library and get acquainted CBC «Karelia» projects.

Association «North-centre» together with Kizhi Museum presented eco-project SUPER: «Sustainability Under Pressure: Environmental Resilience in natural and cultural heritage areas with intensive recreation». The playground guests were told about illegal dumps and their dangers, and the guests were offered to play the card games on the topics of ordinary items decomposition period and recycling varieties. One more popular task was to sort the waste.

All the participants were treated with sweets and bananas, and those who successfully completed all the tasks were given eco-cubes with European spruce seeds from Vodlozersky National Park and eco-bags with SUPER project logos!
