Modern entrepreneurship and territorial development in rural areas in the Nordic Countries and North-West Russia

The goal of the project is to contribute to the innovative territorial development of the participating Nordic and North-West Russian regions through enhancement of economic cooperation and trade between the Nordic Countries and the North-West Russia.

There are 3 sub-themes will be implemented in the frames of the main theme (overall objective):

1. Development of local entrepreneurship in rural areas of NW Russia and Nordic countries
2. Creation, adaptation and correction of the innovative strategies for the rural areas, including training of the local administration
3. Development of territorial self-government as a tool for better management and development of rural areas.
